Owners Peter Braeuniger and Rolf Willershausen of the Bräuniger GmbH decided for a union with Swiss aircraft manufacturer Flytec AG.

The two companies will now operate the development and the manufacturing together, which benefits in the final result for the customer. New managing director is a Flytec boss Alois Sigrist. The selling and the repair service of the Bräuniger varios remain further at home in Weilheim, Germany.

In addition, Peter Bräuniger and Wolf Willerhausen stays in the company still with advice at the disposal.
